Tummy Time Travel Play Gym...

We all know how important tummy time is, so I purchased this travel gym from 'East Coast Nursery' and it has to be one of the best purchases I have made as it's practical, colourful, essential and amazing value for money.

I got it for £14.99
(RRP £29.99) from Amazon, however just because it's cheap they haven't compromised on quality.

A travel gym for someone who doesn't travel much? yes, because I 'need' to save space! :)

The pillow is removable as it's attached with velcro, so you can lay baby on their back too so they can play with the toys that hang down.

There are many features including a mirror right in front of the pillow so that your baby can stare at themselves, animals with crinkly bits and rings to chew on. But, best of all is the bright contrasting colours to capture your baby's attention.

It's simply beautiful in design, I don't like to have too many colourful things about the house as it can look really cluttered so I'm glad I have this because...

It folds up....

Zips up...

And is nicely out of sight when not in use.

I would highly recommend looking into travel gyms if you want to save space, have a clutter free home and don't want to compromise on colourful designs for your baby.

What kind of gym do you have or are looking into?

We had this gym, as we had to save space too. It was fantastic but sadly he managed to ruin it as he got older, he learnt to push the arch down with his feet it came apart. We still have the cow and zebra though and he loves them! x

Do you still have your precious dog? We are planning on having a baby soon and a lot of people keep telling us we should give our dog up but she is part of our family. Would love to hear how you cope with a baby and a dog. Would be a lovely blog post. <3

Ooh this looks fab! I've been trying to find a decent play gym but I think I'll wait until after my baby shower before I buy one just incase I end up with one. It's lovely though!

@Anonymous - Yes we do, however he doesn't live with us he lives with my mum as she lives in a house with a garden, peanut has been living with my parents and bro for about 1 and a half years, however we see him almost everyday as my mum lives 5mins away from us. I don't think you should give up your dog because you are having a baby, especially if you have a garden or your dog doesn't wake you up in the middle of the night to go pee.

If I had a garden Peanut would be living with us 24/7. My hubby does shift work, so that's another huge factor as I would be stuck if Peanut needed to go pee in the middle of the night while esra was sleeping. There's no way I can care for them both right now :( and it kills me inside, I pray everyday for a house with a garden so that my lil boy Peanut, me, hubby and esra could all live together properly.

Is there anyone that can look after your dog at the beginning for a few months so you pass your sleep deprivation phase? xxx

@Anthea Good Idea, they don't use them right away anyway so you have plenty of time. x
